Hi, My name is Terry Sawyer and I am an alcoholic……just kidding, I am a solicitor. Ninety five per cent of my work as a solicitor is deadly dull, but as I am by no means your common or garden conventional solicitor, the other five per cent should be enough to make this blog at least worth a look now and then. Everything you read will be the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth. Only the names will be changed to protect the innocent, and also to protect me from being sued by anyone I mention who may take exception to having their linen, dirty or otherwise, washed in public. So the name of the law firm I work for, Nesbitt, Nesbitt and Anderson, is really something else. And the names of my work colleagues, my clients, and the people I meet in my private life will also be fictitious, as is my own name.
